First call/meeting:

When we reach out to you or we receive a call from you, we'll talk a little about your ideas for the project and go through a process that allows us to understand what you're looking for and what you envision your oasis to be. Once that is said and done we will ask for your information such as your email, phone numbers, full name and address. Then, we will proceed to set up an in person appointment so we can meet and go even more in depth of your dream oasis.

We will be explaining how our projects start from the first initial call from you, to the end of the project.

 

Meeting in person;

When we arrive, we will get a refresher on the scope of work we might be doing. While we are there, we will be taking measurements, checking to see where all utilities are, and anything else we may need to make sure we are prepared for your project. We will offer a 3D rendering design option depending on the project size and if you don't have a design in mind already.

 

Designs:

We do most of the designs in house. Our designs consist of 3d reality, this will give us a better look at what your house project will finish as. This is why it's a great idea to ask about our design plan for bigger or smaller projects. Designs take us 2-3 weeks depending on size or project as well as the type of house structure.

 

Showing you the design:

Once we get your design done we will meet again in person to discuss the design and estimate. There will be areas within the project that we may change and edit. With that being said, the estimate may also change. When looking at the design we will also have the catalog for you to look at to see the textures and colors of pavers, wall block, natural stone, pergolas, etc. If needed, we can always meet you at the supply yards to get a better look at the material.

 

Estimates:

Estimates will be brought to you when showing the design. The estimates we show you will be broken down and itemized in sections for the project. All projects will have taxes included and permit fees. We do not talk or associate with HOAs, but if there's something you need, we can always provide permits and plans. The bottom of the estimates will have a payment process broken down in percentages. Estimates will have to be signed to  proceed with the project, you can either do this in person or online.

 

Scheduling:

Scheduling of the project will be set on a certain date and we will also give you a rough idea of when the project will be done. We will schedule your project a week after signing just to ensure we can get all the material in on time.

When we order materials we may send you to certain suppliers to pick out things such as granite, water features, etc.

 

Starting the project:

When we start the project we will go through a job process manual which is a packet explaining where material, trucks, equipment ,and excavation will be going.

 

During projects:

During projects, if there are any changes, there will be a group chat between the job manager, foreman and customer. Don't be afraid to ask questions about where things are placed. We will also let you know if we have any questions for you. At the end of each day, the jobsite will be cleaned off and organized in a good manner.

 

End of project:

At the end of each project, we will clean all tools and wash off anything if needed and make sure we leave you a beautiful oasis. We will take pictures and make sure you are as satisfied as we are.

Not every project is the same and may not be as extensive as others. We make sure to keep an easy process for you to understand. We always make sure to keep our work area clean and professional.
